Stow, OH - Larry “Spiderman” McBride has brought the AMA Dragbike season to a spectacular close, setting a new top fuel record at the XXX Racing Fuel National Finals at South Georgia Motorsports Park, November 7-9, 2008.

In a stunning final round win over Korry Hogan in the Top Fuel Bike category, the champion McBride lit up the scoreboards with a 5.746/239.82 time - the fastest motorcycle pass in history. This impressive run cut half a tenth off McBride's previous world record, and all on Mickey Thompson ET Drag Motorcycle Tires.
